Vinification: in steel tanks, 10/12 days of maceration in contact with the skins with soft wetting of the cap with the “shower” system

Color: intense bright red with typical purple reflections

Aroma: excellent and typical sensations of ripe red berry fruit (cherry plum blackberry)

Taste: velvety correct persistence of fruity sensations. Elegant flavor characteristics of the grape variety

Pairings: stuffed first courses, pasta with ragù and medium-aged cheeses

Serving temperature: 16-18 C°
